White label voice agents, what your clients see and how to switch it on

How Lera’s white label works for agencies, integrators and software companies that resell voice agents, what their clients see, what they never see and what is given in return.

What a white label is

A white label is selling something someone else makes under your own name, like a supermarket’s own brand products. In Lera it is for partners, the agencies, integrators and software companies that sell voice agents to their own clients.

Without the white label, your clients sign in at leracore.com and see the Lera panel. With it, they come in through your own address, for example voice.youragency.com, and see your name and your logo.

It is a single brand for all your clients, and you switch it on yourself from your partner account once everything is ready. Lera approves partners after talking to you, and there is no joining fee.

What your clients see

Your logo and your name on the sign-in screen, in the panel’s menu and in the browser tab.

Your name wherever the panel used to say Lera. For example, “Your Agency line” instead of “Lera line”.

No Lera website, no Lera terms, no sign-up for new accounts and no sign-in with Google. If you add a support email, whenever the panel offers to ask for help it points to your address. If you leave it empty, it does not offer to write to anyone.

And what they never see, with or without the white label, is prices and billing. Each client’s people sign in as Viewer, who can only look, or as Editor, who can change their agent’s texts, test it and publish it. They see their calls, their agent and their minutes, but not amounts, balance or who bills them. You set the price.

How to switch it on, step by step

Go to Settings and open Your brand. There you have a card with the four steps and where each one stands.

First, enter your name and upload your logo, as PNG, JPEG or WebP. If you like, add a square icon, used when the menu is collapsed and in the browser tab, and a support email.

Second, point your domain at Lera. Choose an address, such as voice.youragency.com, and in your domain provider’s panel create a record that points it at Lera. The panel tells you exactly which one. Then press Check DNS, and once it points to us, Lera activates it with its certificate, usually the same day.

Third, choose what you give in return for the white label. We explain it below.

And fourth, click Activate the white label. The button only lights up when all four steps are done. Until then your clients keep seeing the full Lera brand, nothing half-done, even though you can already sign in at your address to try it.

What you give in return

You choose one of two things, and you can change it later.

Visibility. Lera may say publicly that it works with you, with your name and logo, and publish case studies with their results, always after you have reviewed the text. One of your clients only appears by name if they authorise it in writing themselves. There is no fee, and it starts when you have more than one active client, that is, one with at least one real call or chat in the month.

Fee. 15% of what your clients use, with no fixed fee, so it is not published who you work with. If your clients use €1,000 in a month, you pay €150, and if they use nothing, you pay nothing. Your brand always shows you what it would be before you choose it. To choose it you need a saved card.

What counts is what you pay Lera for your clients’ calls, chats and calls handed to a person. Their line fees, text tests and anything spent from the trial credit do not count.

If you choose the fee and one month it cannot be charged, we let you know. After 30 days the white label is suspended and your clients see the Lera brand, also at your address, which keeps working. You get it back by paying from Your brand.

How your clients sign in

You add each client’s people yourself, from the client’s page in Settings, Clients, as Viewer or Editor. With your brand active, Lera does not send them the invitation email, because it would go out with the Lera brand. You give them the link, which takes them to your address.

If you have your own software, your server can request a sign-in link for a person. It works once, expires after five minutes and takes them straight into their company’s panel, without signing up.

That panel can open in a tab or inside your own software, as long as your address for Lera is on the same site as your software, for example voice.youragency.com inside app.youragency.com.

What is still Lera’s

The white label hides Lera from callers and from the people who sign in to the panel, but it does not change everything.

Technical names stay as they are. The code your client pastes on their website for the agent carries Lera’s name, and so do the headers used to sign the requests sent to their system.

And in data protection, Lera is still a sub-processor, the company to which you, as your client’s processor, entrust their calls. Your client has to know that Lera handles them. Your brand has ready-made texts for your contract with them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have a different brand for each client? No. The white label is one per partner, yours, for all your clients.

What happens if I remove the logo? The white label stays active and the panel warns you that it is missing. If you change the domain, on the other hand, it goes back to waiting for Lera to activate it and, in the meantime, your clients see the Lera brand.

Can I switch it off? Yes, from Your brand. Your clients go back to seeing the Lera brand and links go back to leracore.com.

Will you help me create my clients’ agents? Yes. The Lera team can build them to measure, with a quote if they are complex, and we give you half an hour of training with an unbranded presentation to show your clients.

How much does it cost to try? €20 free credit, no card needed. Create your account, try the agents and talk to us about becoming a partner.
