Cookie notice

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable technical functions, remember preferences or keep you signed in. This notice also covers the browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way.

2. Lera’s cookie

Lera uses a single first-party cookie: lera_auth, which keeps you signed in to the panel. It lasts 12 hours, is httpOnly (scripts can’t read it) and SameSite=Strict (it isn’t sent to other sites). It is strictly necessary: without it you can’t sign in. Lera doesn’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

3. Third-party services loaded only on some pages

Cloudflare Turnstile, on the signup form, to check that whoever signs up isn’t an automated program; it may set a technical security cookie for that sole purpose. Google, on the sign-in and signup pages, to offer Sign in with Google; its script loads when the button is shown and may use its cookies under its own policy. Calendly, only on the demo booking page, to display the calendar; it may set its own cookies under its policy. None of them loads on the rest of the website.

4. Browser local storage

To remember your preferences we store in your browser the language you chose, the panel theme and sidebar state, the visible columns of the call history, the section open in an agent’s page, the last email you signed in with (so you don’t have to type it again) and a temporary balance summary so the panel loads faster. It isn’t used to track you and isn’t shared with anyone.

5. Legal basis

The session cookie, the Turnstile security cookie and preference storage are technical or necessary to provide the service you ask for, so they don’t require consent (Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002). If we ever add cookies that aren’t, for example for measurement, they will only be enabled with your consent.

6. How to manage them

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you won’t be able to sign in to the panel.
