Who is behind Lera

I am a mechanical engineer. I have worked in planning, data analysis and process automation, in industrial settings and in consulting. And I always ended up the same way, automating the repetitive stuff and making work easier. It is what I enjoy most.

In one of those jobs I had to answer the phone in the afternoons, and I never liked it much. I had been there two weeks and people almost always asked me something I did not know. "Let me note it down and get back to you tomorrow", every time.

AI was what finally convinced me, and the phone was the first thing I saw clearly. It is one of the biggest time sinks and where the most things slip through. That is why I left my job to work on Lera full time, here in Navarra.

It took me months to stop saying "let me note it down and get back to you tomorrow". An agent knows the business from the very first call.
