Fewer no-shows with a call at the right time

Someone spends the morning confirming appointments, and no-shows are found when the slot is already empty. Lera calls before each one, confirms it and tells you in time who isn’t coming.

A reminder call is short and always the same. Exactly what an agent does best.

Hello, Ana. I’m calling to remind you of your appointment tomorrow at 9:30.

Oh yes, thanks for the reminder.

Are you keeping the appointment?

Yes, I’ll be there.

Hear how a Lera agent sounds

What do I say?

You are a patient calling the clinic. Hit play and say one of these out loud.

  • «I would like to book an appointment with the dentist»
  • «Some afternoon this week would suit me»
  • «Do you have anything on Thursday?»

How it gets going

  1. Connect it

Forward your usual number or launch the calls from your system. Nothing to install.

  2. Build it with Maite

The panel copilot helps you write the agent with your information.

  3. Test and tune it

You test it by voice or text before publishing, and every call is summarised so you can see what to change.

Frequently asked questions

From your system, with one call to the Lera API per appointment and its details. Your software, your integrator or an automation decides who and when. Lera does not include its own campaign dialler.

Today it calls Spanish numbers, from 9:00 to 20:00 in the recipient’s time. Your own hours can narrow that window, never widen it.

The agent detects it. It can hang up or leave a message, and the call is saved as voicemail. With an end-of-call action, that result reaches your system so it can decide whether to retry.

If you connect your number to Lera by SIP, through your carrier or your phone system, calls go out with it and people recognise you. If not, they go out with your Lera line, and if someone calls back it comes in on that same line and your agent answers.

The agent minute costs the same on inbound and outbound calls, from €0.073/min, billed by the second, with no monthly fee. If the call goes out through your Lera line, nothing else is added. If it goes out through your own number, your carrier bills it according to your plan. You start with €10 of free credit, no card.
