Appointments booked while you work
Giving an appointment means dropping what you’re doing, and in a rush a taken slot gets given. Lera checks your calendar, offers only free slots and books it.
A calendar that fills itself, without mistakes
The agent does not guess slots. It asks your calendar and books what was agreed.
Do you have anything Thursday afternoon?
On Thursday I have 17:00 and 18:30. Which suits you better?
Five o’clock.
The calendar on any given day
08:50
First call of the day. Thursday appointment, already in your calendar.
14:20
Lunchtime and nobody at the front desk. A first visit for Tuesday, booked.
21:30
An after-hours booking. Done without anyone picking up.
Hear a Lera agent book an appointment
What do I say?
You want to book a room. Hit play and say one of these out loud.
- «I would like a double room for this Saturday»
- «Two of us, just one night»
- «Do you have parking?»
How it gets going
Connect it
Forward your usual number or launch the calls from your system. Nothing to install.
Build it with Maite
The panel copilot helps you write the agent with your information.
Test and tune it
You test it by voice or text before publishing, and every call is summarised so you can see what to change.
Frequently asked questions

It offers the slots your calendar returns at that moment and, if you set it up, reads the day and time back to the caller before booking.
Yes. It can call before the appointment to confirm it. See reminders and confirmations.
