A receptionist that answers every call
It rings while you’re at the desk and messages end up on sticky notes. Lera picks up on the first ring, takes the whole message and passes the call to the right person.

What a good front desk does, on every call
It greets, understands why they are calling and leaves every call solved or in good hands.
Hi, are you open on Saturday morning?
Yes, on Saturday we are open from 10:00 to 14:00. Shall I book you a time?

How it gets going
Connect it
Forward your usual number or launch the calls from your system. Nothing to install.
Build it with Maite
The panel copilot helps you write the agent with your information.
Test and tune it
You test it by voice or text before publishing, and every call is summarised so you can see what to change.
Frequently asked questions
No. You forward your usual number to a Lera inbound line, for every call or only when you don’t answer or the line is busy, and your callers keep dialling the same number. If your phone system allows it, you can also forward only outside opening hours. If you ever want to go back, you remove the forwarding.
Several at once, and more if you need them. If you expect big peaks, we talk it through before you start and have it ready.
It passes the call to the number you set, landline or mobile, and you can add several in order. If nobody answers, the agent comes back to the caller and tells them.
Yes. Out of the box the greeting says it is a virtual assistant, and if you change it the panel warns you it is missing, because European law requires telling people. What they notice is that they don’t wait.
You pay per minute of conversation, billed by the second, from €0.073/min with no monthly fee. Your first inbound line is included. You start with €10 of free credit, no card.
